#BEKIND21
#BeKind21 is an invitation for you to practice kindness toward yourself and others each day from September 1 to September 21 to build kinder, more connected communities that foster mental wellness. As of our kickoff in 2018, you’ll join a movement of over 200 partners, 7 million participants, and 160 million pledged acts of kindness on a mission to build a kinder, braver world that affirms and celebrates everyone for who they are. Learn more here.
Opt in to receive emails when you sign up and we’ll send you updates on #BeKind21 and messages from some of our amazing partners and special guests.

BUILD A CUSTOM CALENDAR
Create a custom #BeKind21 calendar you can follow to practice intentional acts of kindness toward yourself, your loved ones, and
your community!
Drag and drop your items from below into the calendar and use the checkboxes on the right to mark when you've completed a #BeKind21 activity. And feel free to leave a few blank in case you want to add your own kindness ideas once you download the calendar! A kind reminder that it's ok to miss a day. Life happens, and no matter what we're grateful for you and the kindness you share with the world.
