Alex Aide serves as the Director of Programs + Impact at Born This Way Foundation. In this capacity, he oversees Foundation programming including Channel Kindness and teen Mental Health First Aid. Before joining the team at Born This Way Foundation, Alex worked for Arianna Huffington and at the William Morris Endeavor (WME) talent agency in Los Angeles. Originally from West Virginia, Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate degree from West Virginia University.
