One Last Time: an Evening With Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga
Join Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga for a live performance together at Radio City Music Hall in honor of Tony’s 95th Birthday and to support youth mental health and arts education!
Young people are struggling with their mental health at unparalleled rates and research shows this youthful, hopeful, engaged generation prioritize supporting their own and their peers’ mental health. That is why we must work to connect young people with the healing power of the arts as part of how we support them. Numerous studies have shown artistic activity contributes to wellness, particularly in improving the feeling of self-worth, regulating emotions, and reducing anxiety and depression.
ETA’s own founder, Tony Bennett, recently revealed his ongoing battle with Alzheimer’s disease and how his daily regimen involving painting and singing have been therapeutic in managing his diagnosis. It is in this light both organizations are celebrating this landmark birthday with a benefit for Tony Bennett’s and Lady Gaga’s organizations – Exploring the Arts and Born This Way Foundation.
