Help make kindness – to ourselves and to our communities – a habit by practicing an act of kindness each day from September 1st to September 21st! We’ll send you all the information you need to get started, including a social media toolkit to help spread the word online and suggestions for kind acts you can do for yourself and others from some of our amazing partners + special guests.
You can participate as an individual or you can assemble a Kindness Team by inviting your friends, family, coworkers, classroom, book club, neighborhood (…you get the idea) to join you.
