#BEKIND21

#BeKind21 is an invitation for you to practice kindness toward yourself and others each day from September 1 to September 21 to build kinder, more connected communities that foster mental wellness. As of our kickoff in 2018, you’ll join a movement of thousands of partners, including schools, cities, companies, and nonprofit organizations, that helped to recruit over 291 million pledged acts of kindness. Learn more here.

Keep scrolling to build your own custom #BeKind21 calendar and learn ways you can immediately start sharing kindness!

#BeKind21 2022 is presented by BRP.

BUILD A CUSTOM CALENDAR

Create a custom #BeKind21 calendar you can follow to practice intentional acts of kindness toward yourself, your loved ones, and
your community!

Drag and drop your items from below into the calendar and use the checkboxes on the right to mark when you've completed a #BeKind21 activity. And feel free to leave a few blank in case you want to add your own kindness ideas once you download the calendar! A kind reminder that it's ok to miss a day. Life happens, and no matter what we're grateful for you and the kindness you share with the world.
